Created from Lived Experience - This gentle, practical resource offers four grounding steps to help you find steadiness, stay connected and so respond with calm presence. Because, when your child is in crisis, everything can feel too much.

‘On Navigating the Abyss’ Podcast

Catherine and I both trained in Compassionate Inquiry (Dr Gabor Maté) and Conscious Parenting (Dr Shefali Tsabary) and both of us have come to this work because our own children brought us here. We understand that they came to show us what we need to learn and boy, it’s a lot! So we have the kind of conversations here about the stuff that just keeps showing up in our relationships with our young people, some of it extremely challenging and the every day stuff too. It’s another way to share some of the tools and perspectives we’ve gathered over the years and hopefully it will help others too, to know we’re all in it together.
